As AdScript Media, we strongly suggest and urge you to read entirely our Privacy Policy and you should always know and acknowledge the content in it.  We will be fully explaining our policy below and we want you to see them carefully;

Information Provided by Our Members

We will be requiring some of the personal information from you for public use for other members will be seeing and getting in touch with you such as your name, your location etc. and you will be able to see other member’s as well. We requite your contact information such as e-mail and phone number in order to confirm that you are a real person and to authenticate your account or retrieve it in case you lose your password to sign in ect.

Direct Messages and Non Public Communications

You are able to communicate with our members by our direct message (chat) option to send and/or receive messages. We will be storing and processing these data and scanning the content if there is/are malicious content, spam information, inappropriate and/or prohibited images or messages or any other types of communication contained.

If we somehow miss to detect them, we empower and encourage our users to report and complain so then we can take the corresponding action as soon as possible.

Payment Information

You may provide some of your payment information such as Credit/Debit Card Numbers with corresponding Expiration Date and CVV Code, Billing Address in order to become our member to get our services.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the reCAPTCHA service to see if you are using it. reCAPTCHA service privacy policy is available here: https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en . After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

Any kinds of action against this Privacy Policy or Laws by the Government sensed by AdScript Media, we may preserve the right to close your account and if we believe that it is strongly necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process or government request, to protect the safety of and person/people as well as to protect our platform such as spam, abuse, violence, any kinds of sexual activities and fraud activities.

However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defences or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your personal data.

 

We certainly assure that any of the information provided by our member will not be shared or sold or provided to any other third party and whoever violates this policy will be punished internally in our organization and will be reported to legal authorities and take the legal actions as soon as possible without any delay as it will be our most priority issue. If such issue is detected by our members, they are all free to report us so then we can proceed as mentioned above.
